Texas Wax held its first meeting of the new year yesterday to define our goals and start the initial planning stages for our future development. As part of our organization and growth effort, we broke up into committees to plan the different factions of our group, such as Education, Events, Marketing/PR, etc.. Myself and fellow artist Marilyn Fenn will be heading up the website as part of the PR/Communication effort. We’ve already made a lot of progress – Marilyn is a smart cookie and a delight to work with. I’ll keep you posted once the project is finished. Good things are on the horizon!
