Artist Profile: Amy Jacobs

I saw the most gorgeous artwork yesterday. Freshly delivered to my e-mail was an invitation to an artist’s reception at the Vespine Gallery - and attached was this delightful image! Isn’t it so beautifully nostalgic?

I have instantly fallen in love with this work, but was unable to go see it in person because of all the move preparations. However, I have learned that it is by Amy Jacobs, an MFA student (Interdisciplinary Book and Paper) at Columbia College. She also attended the Penland School of Crafts.

Amy, if you are out there, if you read this … please get yourself a website! I want to see what you do next!
